  • Non-defective and undamaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Hygiene Products

  • White clothing, underwear, and socks are considered personal hygiene items and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your package for assistance.

  • Returned items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
