FAQ

Q: Why can’t I sip water even though the bottle is filled?
A: The silicone tip may not be installed correctly. Please follow these steps:

Make sure the silicone tip is tightly fitted on the straw head.

If it still doesn’t work, remove the silicone tip, rotate it 180 degrees, flip it to the other side, and reattach it to try again.

Please note that shipping is estimated to take around 10 - 14 days.

1. Hand Wash Only

Use mild soap and warm water.

Avoid the dishwasher — high heat can damage the finish and print.

2. Avoid Harsh Cleaners

No bleach, chlorine, or abrasive scrubbers.

Use a soft sponge or cloth to protect the surface.

3. Not for Microwave Use

The tumbler is stainless steel — microwaving can damage it (and your microwave).

4. Keep the Lid & Straw Fresh

Disassemble lid and straw after each use, wash thoroughly, and let dry before reassembling.

5. Temperature Care

Works great for hot and cold drinks — but avoid boiling water directly inside.

Don’t freeze your tumbler (it can warp the seal).

6. Storage Tip

Store with the lid off to prevent moisture buildup or odor inside.
